How “Safe” Organizational Visions Hurt Your Competitiveness Without You Even Knowing It

Misconception: “We” lack vision. Not true. “We” usually have TOO MANY visions. And too often, these multiple visions are at cross purposes, have little “buy-in,” and generally operate at the personality or political level.
