Vision Boarding February 22, 2010

Presenter: Monica Thakrar, President & CEO of Joyful Soul Coaching, Certified Life Coach. Have you made New Year's Resolutions for years, but have never been able to follow through on them? Come to this experiential workshop to determine your goals and desires for the year, which are aligned with your true heart's desires.
In this workshop participate in a guided meditation to visualize your life's goals in 2010. Then actively create your own 2010 collage using poster board and magazine images to bring your visualization to life. Share your collage with other workshop participants at the end of the workshop.
