Virginia Dance Festival January 28, 2012

Since 1999, the Virginia Dance Festival has brought together dance performers from different organizations to showcase community talent while helping children with physical needs. Each teacher and performer gives their time freely to be a part of this event. This sharing of time and talent in the spirit of giving is what has made this event a success year after year.

To date, the Virginia Dance Festival has raised over $143,000 for children at the hospital through our performances, generous sponsorships and auction donations.

It is our hope, that by raising money for the children at Children’s Hospital of Richmond, they will be able to overcome their physical challenges and have opportunities to develop their own individual talents.
