As a part of the ongoing Festival of Family Affairs, Alliance Francaise hosts the screening of 'Viper in the Fist', portraying the first episode of an autobiographical trilogy, telling the story of Jean Rezeau’s childhood wherein 1922, after the paternal grandmother who was looking after them died, the young boy and his brother Ferdinand found their parents, who had once again returned from China, but the relationship with their mother rapidly becomes a nightmare where she’s quick to lash out at the two children, mistreat and abuse them.
