COUPLES: A romantic date-perfect dining spot, Vinoteca's downstairs dining room will set the mood with a special 5-course Valentine's Day tasting menu from Executive Chef Lonnie Zoeller. Dishes will range from BEEF TARTARE with Beet, Gooseberry, LOBSTER with Winter Squash, Saffron, Jamón Ibérico, PORK BELLY with Strawberry, Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Cilantro, HANDMADE LINGUINE with Black Pepper, Truffle Pecorino, and BISON SHORT RIBS with Pumpernickel, Mushroom, Rutabaga. SINGLES: For those looking to find a "special someone", Vinoteca is hosting a "Single Mingle" party in its seductive upstairs lounge.
