In the lecture and demonstration, “Vinegar: When Good Alcohol Goes Bad,” Pottsgrove Manor’s historic site supervisor will talk about the many different types of vinegar, how they were made, and the ways in which they were used in 18th century households. Different types of vinegar will be on display, as well as colonial foods made with vinegar.
