Join Vincent Pastore and his friends for his “ROCK AND ROLL FUNHOUSE” show with the sounds of Asbury Park, straight from the planks of the world famous boardwalk. The highlight of the night will be a sneak preview into the newest album from the Asbury Park staple Boccigalupe & The Bad Boys. Fronted by Tony Amato aka Boccigalupe, the band has been an integral part of the gritty musical history of Asbury Park. The band epitomizes the determination and drive that great musicians feed off of to produce incredible live performances. The new album, features legendary Asbury rockers John Oeser and Ricky DeSarno with special guests, Gary U.S. Bonds and Pink Champagne.
Joining Boccigalupe & The Bad Boys will be the recently reunited band considered royalty of the Jersey music scene, The Bangs. Formed nearly 20 years ago as a shore band, their popularity spread and they were performing all over the state. The Bangs were featured as opening acts in the national tours of Chuck Berry, Pat Benatar, Gary US Bonds and Iggy Pop to name a few. The Bangs have released 3 albums, and are enjoying collaborating again on stage.
Comedian and New York radio personality, Goumba Johnny will also be performing. A versatile performer, Goumba Johnny has performed in many national comedy clubs, sharing the stage with some of the biggest acts in comedy, which include Andrew Dice Clay, George Wallace, Colin Quinn and Jerry Seinfeld. Television credits include; "Growing Up Gotti", "The Weakest Link", "Montel Williams Show", "Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn", "Who Wants to be a Millionaire", and "Court TV". He was a frequent contributor to the Fashion Police column in US Weekly and presently to the Star Stalker column in the supermarket tabloid staple, "Star Magazine".
