Viewqwest announced enhancements to Freedom VPN service February 11, 2013

Viewqwest is proud to announced enhancements to their Freedom VPN service originally launched in May last year. The most significant enhancement includes a special VIP access to PPTV, the largest worldwide internet TV Network. users will now be able to gain special VIP access to PPTV which currently makes available approximately 100 million video clips and 10,000 video content search records, with a library of more than 200,000 licensed films and teleplays.
Apart from allowing Freedom VPN subscribers to access geographically blocked streaming sites in the U.S and U.K, Viewqwest has now also built a special VPN straight to PPTV’s servers in China. Users will be able to access a wider selection of TV shows and movies - not to mention a vast library of High-Definition content - than what has traditionally been available through a Singapore connection. To celebrate the official launch of the service, and the month of Chinese New Year, all our customers will receive a free upgrade of this service on their standard connection for the entire month of February (1st – 28th). All Viewqwest customers will also get a free speed upgrade to 500mbps from the 9th to 16th of February. This is both to celebrate Chinese New Year as well as to thank all our subscribers for making the first year of our residential services so successful.
