Living history weekend. One of the most important considerations 18th century commanders had in maintaining a unit of soldiers was to keep them fed. Learn what types of food the provincial soldiers at Fort Dobbs ate and how they prepared it. Other demonstrations include on-going camp life, military drill, musket and cannon firings.
