One of the most important considerations 18th Century commanders had in maintaining a unit of soldiers was to keep them fed. Learn what types of food the provincial soldiers at Fort Dobbs ate and how they prepared it. Other demonstrations include ongoing camp life, military drill musket and cannon firings.
