Bill Covaleski of Victory Brewing Company will take over the taps and act as your beer sommelier for the evening. Flights of five beers will be $20, and will be available individually.

The titular chef (Terence Feury), brewer (Bill Covaleski) and Farmer (Ian Brendle of Green Meadow Farm) get together to bring you a four-course dinner, pairing each course with herb-infused Victory beers.
