The dinner will pair five beers with five courses of Barbuzzo specialties. House smoked trout, bison tartar and dark brined rabbit saddle highlight the food side of the menu. Reservations are a must.
The five brews being paired with the menu are Headwaters Pale Ale, St. Boisterous Hellerbock, Yakima Glory Dark IPA, Scarlet Fire Rauchbier, and Braumeister Pils Tettnang.
This is an open-seating event, so each table will begin their dinner as they are seated. Victory representatives will be on hand to discuss the beers and food pairings.
