Every year we look forward to this event and this year we are pumped to have Bill Covaleski, owner and Brew Master of the Victory Brewing Company to be our master of ceremonies at our annual Brew Masters Dinner.
The 2011 Brew Master Dinner will take place on Tuesday, March 29 at 7PM. The dinner will have 5 courses paired with Victory’s best. Over the next few months Bill and I will sort out what food and beers will be paired up for this very special evening. The final list will be posted on holysmokebbq.net and at victorybeer.com
This is a private event and Holy Smoke will be closed to the public for the evening. Tickets will go on sale Friday, October 1st and are $70 which is all inclusive. You can get tickets by calling Holy Smoke at 845.628.9795 or by dropping by.
This is a very fun evening. You get to meet one of the true Brew Masters in the country and eat and drink like a King. Last years event was a highlight for the staff and we look forward to welcoming Bill and Victory to this annual event in 2011.
