Victoria Mushkatkol, Pianist December 2, 2010

Vladimir Nielsen Foundation will present pianist Victoria Mushkatkol in a recital dedicated to Mushkatkol's teacher and mentor - Vladimir Nielsen, whose 100th birthday anniversary is being celebrated this year by musicians, audiences and his former pupils on the concert stages of St.Petersburg. The concert will feature Victoria Mushkatkol - who is currently on the faculty at the Juilliard School's Precollege Division and is the Artistic Director of the Vladimir Nielsen Piano Festival at Sag Harbor, NY- in a performance of solo piano works by Chopin, Schubert, Liszt and transcriptions of Schubert songs by Liszt.
