Victoria Gardens Farmers Market Chef Demo! April 20, 2012

The first-ever Victoria’s Farmers Market Chef Demonstration, will take place Friday April 20 at 11:00 am, 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm at the Victoria Gardens weekly Farmers Market on South Mainstreet.

This free event will feature Chef Partner Neil Smith of Flemings’ Prime Steak House and Wine Bar at Victoria Gardens. Guests will receive an informational tour of the market to demonstrate the best way to select produce, followed by an expert cooking demonstration using the Farmers Market produce.
