The first lecture in this series is sponsored by the Faculty of Business, Law & the Built Environment and will be given by Dr Pete Lunn from the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI) in Dublin. Dr Lunn will be speaking on Behavioural Economics - an emerging field within economics which uses laboratory and field experiments to investigate the instincts behind our economic decision-making.
This lecture will be held on Monday 16 November, in the Lady Hale Lecture Theatre commencing at 17.30 and is open to staff, students, alumni and supporters of the University.
The VC's Lecture Series is a new initiative aimed at increasing university and public engagement through a number of high profile lectures presented by speakers of national and international standing.
