Veterans Day Ceremony November 11, 2010

The community is invited to join John Tyler Community College’s faculty, staff and students as they honor past and present members of the armed services during the College’s annual Veterans Day ceremony. The keynote speaker will be Sergeant Major Todd F. Shippy, the Petroleum and Water Department Sergeant Major, currently assigned to R Company, 262nd Quartermaster Battalion, 23rd Quartermaster Brigade, United States Army Quartermaster Center and School, Fort Lee, Virginia.
Faculty, staff and student veterans will be recognized during the event, and all in attendance will be invited to participate in a memorial tree planting.
