Join the Honolulu Chamber Music Series and members of the Vermeer String Quartet in a discussion of their music and place in the chamber music world.

The Vermeer features Shmuel Ashkenasi on violin, Mathias Tacke on violin, Richard Young on viola, and Marc Johnson on cello. The Vermeer stands out as one of the august quartets of their generation. With performances in practically every major city in North and South America, Europe, the Far East, and Australia, they have achieved an international stature as one of the world’s finest ensembles.
