Madagascan, Tahitian, Bourbon, Fair Trade Ugandan-- know the difference? Join us as we explore magnificent vanilla! The project starts with a vanilla "seminar" by our resident expert--Glenn Gottlieb, President of Amadeus Vanilla Beans. Following that will be a cooking demo/participation class using vanilla and vanilla beans in both sweet and savory dishes. This workshop is an opportunity to cook, taste and learn about all things vanilla!
