EV3: EV3 was founded by Vange Durst, Michael Kurjan and Deb Piccolo. Their music style is a mix of rock styles with a fair pinch of funky folk, pop and world fusion. All very melodic with some funky undertones! EV3 is happy to have violinist Kim Hoffman joining them on the more folk-alternative songs!

EV3: Vange Durst on guitar & lead vocals, Michael Kurjan on Keyboard and Key Bass and Deb Piccolo on drums & percussion. EV3 welcomes guest artist Kim Hoffman on violin and vocals.

Influences Santana, Little Feat, Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, The Band, CSNY, and a bunch of others!
Always inspired by multi-talented musical sisters!
Sounds Like It's hard to describe how Vange sounds -she's a musical chameleon but with her own distinctive flair. Depending on the songs she's performing, many have compared her voice to rock'n & raspy sound of Tina Turner, Macey Gray, and Melissa Etheridge or to the smooth sultry tones of KD Lang and Sade.

Her sound is an original take on vintage chicken-scratch soul/funk/rock ala Curtis Mayfield meets Average White Band meets Sly & The Family Stone ... (Robert Urban website).
