Vanessa Williams-Jackson is an Arkansas native who started singing at age five. Her family's singing group went on to open for gospel acts such as The Gospel Keynotes, The Williams Brothers and The Mighty Clouds of Joy, and Jackson has shared the stage with stars like Dorothy Norwood, Evelyn Champagne King and DeWayne McCoy.
