Fourth Annual Recycled Arts Festival, Esther Short Park in beautiful downtown Vancouver WA, 9 am til 4 pm Sat. and Sun June 27 & 28, 2009. Features more than 50 Artists whose creations are made from recycled, repurposed, upcycled and reclaimed materials. Marimba, old time country, gypsy swing and more music all day, a Junk to Funk Fashion Show, puppet shows and puppet making workshops, Eartha the Environmental Clown. PLUS Lots of educational and informative booths about recycling, environmental concerns, conservation. FREE!
