This delightful Italian journey will consist of a tutorial on how to make fresh pasta, raviolis, spaghetti, tortellini’s etc. Learn essential skills and techniques that you can apply every day using authentic ingredients to create your own variety of delicious pastas and sauces.

Volunteers will get right in the mix and help prepare and learn the art of making a fresh, fast, gourmet Cuisine. We back our commitment with the best local organic ingredients and imported specialty foods.
