The appetizer consists of Salmon Crab Cakes served with Aioli Sauce
over a bed of Red Leaf Lettuce.

Your entree choices are either Red Ruby Trout which is a farm raised Red Trout pan seared with
Kalamata Olives, Spinach, Roma Tomatoes, 2 Lobster Ravioli
with Lobster Bisque Sauce, or Veal Bracioli is Veal Scalloppine Rolled up with Spinach, Sun Dried Tomatoes,
Prosciutto Pepper Jack Cheese, Artichoke Hearts, simmered in
our own Tomato Sauce.
