Price includes all 5 food and beer pairings below:

1. Roasted red beet soup garnished with citrus crème fraiche and paired with Creekside red ale.

2. Salad of microgreens, shredded sweet apple, red bell pepper and nasturtium flowers, dressed with chive infused olive oil and aged Balsamic vinegar, paired with our spring seasonal ale.

3. Tamale stuffed red bell peppers served with interlocking garlic prawns and paired with our India pale ale.

4. Beef flat iron steak drizzled with raspberry and red ale gastrique, served with roasted corn and blue potato succotash, paired with “Brewcrew” brown ale.

5. Duo of ice creams. Vanilla Irish cream and chocolate Kahlua ice creams served in a rocks glass, paired with our smoked porter.
