- Dinner: Chicken Florentine. Tender chicken breast stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, onions and fresh garlic. Smothered in a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce and topped with melted swiss cheese. Served with a mixed green salad, seasoned wild rice and dinner rolls. For desert, cheese cake.
