The OC Pavilion (www.ocpavilion.com) and 5-star Ambrosia Restaurant are pleased to offer a world class, 4-course dinner for the Friday after Valentine’s Day prepared by acclaimed Executive Chef Michael Rossi.
The Ambrosia restaurant offers intimate, custom leather booths reminiscent of a Parisian romance in a candlelit atmosphere while lovers are swooned to the romantic sounds of award-winng jazz vocalist Chris Williams. Tableside serenades for your special someone are also available and help make the evening truly magical. Dinner reservations are available from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and are priced at $70 per person.
The 4-course Valentine’s Day meal starts out with a choice of appetizers, including Fire Roasted Hog Island Oysters, Fresh Dungeness Crab, Kabocha Squash Raviolis or “Ménage à Foie” – a threesome of Artisan Foie Gras, Stawberries and White Port. The next course features a choice of Carrot Ginger Velouté with Coconut Rock Shrimp or Arugula Salad with Shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano.
The menu showcases a choice of four entrees, including a Petit Filet of Angus Tenderloin, California Striped Bass, Grilled Colorado Rack of Lamb Chops and Pan Seared Diver Scallops. There are several choices for a romantic “Finale” to the evening which includes a Chocolate Espresso Pot de Crème, Crème Fraîche Panna Cotta with Raspberry Gelée, Tahitian Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée and Banana Bread Pudding Flambé.
