Four-course menu $89 per person. Menu includes a complimentary champagne toast. The price does not include other alcoholic beverages, taxes or gratuity

Guests will choose from a menu including:
Chilled lobster salad with mango, fennel and citrus emulsion;
Seared foie gras with cherry-port reduction and brioche toast;
Oysters two ways with scallop ceviche, and rosa regale granite;
Roasted prawns and scampi risotto with chorizo and frizzled leeks;
Grilled natural beef sirloin with smashed fingerling potatoes,
Braised cippollini and garlic-mushroom flan.

For an additional $60, guests can have each course paired with one of Vinifera's collection of nearly 300 wines by the bottle.

Another option to please that special someone is The Westin Reston Heights' "Cupid's Bow & Arrow Package" which includes a four course meal at Vinifera, complimentary bottle of champagne, and an overnight stay in one of the Westin's most luxurious suites followed by a romantic breakfast in bed. This package will be offered every Saturday during the month of February for $299 per couple.
