The ensemble delivers an eclectic mix of original and traditional compositions, unified by an old-world mood. Vagabond Opera combines a variety of performance arts from around the world, including tangos, swing, Paris hot jazz and Arabic belly dance, and plays them with skill, exuberance and a gritty vagabond edge. Vagabond Opera leads a wildly diverse and enthusiastic following. Through theatrical performances, lyrics from over 12 languages and an eclectic repertoire, they attract audiences to classical concerts, jazz clubs, festivals, contemporary cabarets and Bohemian bar stomps.
