V-me's Cocina at Boynton Beach Mall June 4, 2011

V-me Cocina (Cooking), hosted by talented chef Hamlet Garcia, aims to bring a fresh take on cooking and cuisine to the table by serving up unique recipes, innovative techniques, regional flavors and invaluable tips to learn and grow in the kitchen. Garcia will host an Iron Chef-style competition with three random participants and three random judges. Each will be given a set of ingredients and will have 30 minutes to prepare a dish. Prizes range from $25 to $100 in Simon GiftCards. Attendees can also test their knowledge of ethnic foods from around the world for prizes.
