UX's June Event: Personas by Robert Barlow-Busch June 7, 2006

Robert Barlow-Busch from Quarry Integrated Communications will share his experience on creating personas. His talk is a sample of the full-day persona design workshop that he´s giving on June 8th, and includes topics such as: gathering data needed for personas, process for identifying the patterns behind each persona, and practical ideas on how personas can help you build better software and websites.
