UST Executive Education in Nurse Leadership is specifically designed to develop the knowledge, behaviors and critical thinking required by nurse leaders at the highest levels of their organizations. At a time when health care systems are going through dramatic changes at nearly every level, the role of the nurse leader is more important than ever.

As a nurse and a business person, the nurse leader is uniquely qualified to assess the impact of business decisions on the overall quality of the patient’s care. Our program features a small, cohort-style learning approach delivered in a beautiful retreat setting. Through lecture, simulations, and group work centered on real scenarios from the health care industry, participants will increase their:
• Personal leadership capacity
• Business and financial acumen
• Ability to develop talent and maximize resources
• Capacity to improve stakeholder satisfaction and loyalty
