From November 1 through November 30 schools are invited to host a USAgain collection bin where students, parents, faculty and community members can drop off gently used clothing and other textiles. At the end of the contest, the three schools which collect the most textiles and clothing per student will be ranked and awarded cash prizes of $500, $300 and $250 respectively. All participating schools will earn cash based on pounds of clothes and shoes collected. The contest will be taking place at schools in Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, Colorado, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Washington and California. The schools will be recognized for their environmental stewardship through USAgain's website, YouTube channel, Facebook page and Twitter profile.
