URINETOWN is the hilarious tale of greed, corruption, love, and revolution in a time when water is worth its weight in gold. In a Gotham-like city, a terrible water shortage, caused by a 20-year drought, has led to a government -en-forced ban on private toilets. Amid the people, a hero decides he's had enough, and plans a revolution to lead them all to freedom! Urinetown consist of an all youth cast from 12 different schools in Marin and San Francisco - 4th -12th grade with an orchestra of young musicians, 14 to 20 years old, from all over Southern Marin and San Francisco.
