URFIT BootCamp Challenge - Now is the time to get in shape and stay in shape! BootCamp is a fun outdoor workout! It is designed to accomodate all fitness levels - beginner to elite. Activities will include moderate jogging, interval training, core conditioning, muscular strength and endurance, pilates, stretching and more. You will increase overall fitness, improve strength, flexibility and agility.
