Expect Theatre presents the fourth annual urbanNOISE festival featuring some of Canada's top urban dance, music, and spoken word artists including the award-winning R&B and soul powerhouse Divine Brown and Dwayne Morgan.

This FREE, all-ages festival takes place Saturday, September 26 from 3pm to dusk (approximately 7pm) on the grounds of the North Kipling Community Centre near Jamestown, one of the most diverse communities in North America.
