Urban Alphabet is a project about the relationship between words and the cityscape. From glitzy retail signage and street markers to graffiti and fluorescent lettering, words are an integral part of urban scenery. Four artists — David Pettigrew, Ruth Maxwell, Susan Grant and Stuart Johnstone — explore the urban alphabet in this engaging exhibition.
