Actress, Elizabeth Van Dyke reading “The Story of the Cannibal Woman” by Maryse Conde. Senegalese dance and music by Ndeye Gueye, Marie Basse, Mariama Basse, Cheik Tairou Mbaye and company.

Up South mixer and Sekou Sundiata tribute with poetry performances by Sonia Sanchez, Danny Simmons and Queen Esther.
