Up 'Til Dawn St Jude Children's Research Hospital Benefit Dinner February 8, 2008

The public is invited to enjoy an evening of gourmet dining in one of the last remaining estate houses on the Main Line when Up 'til Dawn, a student fundraising association at Cabrini College, hosts the fourth annual St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Benefit Dinner. Area chefs representing a number of kitchens - including Chez Colette at the Hotel Sofitel in Philadelphia, Shorty's Sunflower Cafe in Pottstown, California Pizza Kitchen and the Culinary Institute of America - in collaboration with Cabrini's Executive Chef Rodney Stockett will create the meal. It will be served in the luxurious dining room of the 51-room Mansion on the former Woodcrest Estate, now the campus of Cabrini College.
