The University of Calgary's Development Studies Club is pleased to present a public symposium on the increasing costs of housing in Calgary in order to examine the causes and its possible solutions.
Calgary's booming economy is making it difficult to find affordable housing and is creating major stress on the most vulnerable in our city. How much do we know about this issue? How many people are affected? Will this situation solve itself or should government be playing a greater role? How can you help? These and other questions will be debated with local experts.
