UofA/WOSAC LUNAFEST(R) 2010 March 9, 2010

Tucson's 2010 LUNAFEST(R) is a nationally touring film festival that features award-winning short films by, for, and about women.This event is hosted by the Women's Studies Advisory Council (WOSAC). This will be WOSAC's 5th Annual LUNAFEST event. All proceeds benefit WOSAC and the Breast Cancer Fund.LUNAFEST includes a local film contest, giving the winning Tucson film maker a chance to show their short film to a full crowd at The Loft. Entries are due by February 22, 2010.This event will also feature an exciting raffle, offering chances to win jewelry, gift certificates to fine dining and services, and the traditional, handmade, annual LUNAFEST quilt.
