The Serra Club of Houston, Notre Dame Club of Houston and the University of St. Thomas invite you to a lecture series called Words, Deed & Arts.
The strangest book in the Bible is Ecclesiastes (nowadays mostly called "Qoheleth"). In fact, when Jews were deciding which books to include in the Hebrew Bible, Qoheleth was the most debated -- and barely got in! How can a book that says everything is meaningless, and that fundamentally distrusts God, have any value for present-day Christians? Dr. Hahn will argue that, strangely enough, Qoheleth's strangeness is what is most valuable about it.
