University of St. Thomas Hosts Social Justice Conference on Environmental Issues June 10, 2010

The University of St. Thomas Rev. William J. Young Social Justice Institute Summer Conference will focus on “Caring for God’s Creation: Catholic Teaching on Environmental Justice.” The conference will address the growing number of key environmental issues in the global society of the 21st century Sessions will pay particular attention to how to incorporate Catholic teaching on the environment into Christian education ministry and parish social ministry. The event will be of particular interest to those working in social justice activism or educational ministry.
