Weekly Classes
• Every Monday (March 7, 14, 21 and 28), 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Computer and Internet Class for Beginners – This is a four-week class offered during the month of March. If you have little computer experience and would like to join the Internet community to find information and connect with friends and family, this class is for you.
• Every Tuesday (March 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29), 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Gentle Yoga - Unwinding after work with gentle yoga can give you the renewed energy you need to manage caregiving responsibilities.
• Every Wednesday (March 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30) 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
SHINE Medicare Counseling – If you are going to turn 65 years old, SHINE counselors can answer billing questions about Medicare or Medicaid. Schedule an appointment by calling 305-716-0710.
• Every Thursday (March 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31), 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Art Class – The art of scrapbooking is a personalized recreational activity that helps preserve memories of family and friends. Bring two photos.
