United Colours of Dance Out & About April 19, 2010

An extravaganza of folk dance is coming to a town near you!

Come and watch an international spectrum of exceptional dances from Russia, India, Spain and Africa as we present colourful performances and workshops in town centre locations across the West Midlands!

Watch the professionals perform and then have a go yourself, we guarantee it’ll be lots of fun! Plus, it’s completely free of charge.

Featuring Vocab Dance Company
This emerging dance theatre group was founded by Alesandra Seutin, and created with a vision of fusing contemporary dance technique with African, Hip Hop, and physical theatre in order to create a unique and rich dance vocabulary.

1430-1500 Performance in Belgrade Theatre foyer Corporation Street, Coventry, West Midlands, CV1 1GS‎

1630-1700 Performance in Shelton Square Coventry, West Midlands CV1 1DG
1700-1730 Workshop with audience

In the case of bad weather all performances and workshops will take place inside the Belgrade Theatre.
