Unessential Cinema from Anthology Film Archives April 1, 2007

Join us for a look at the archival underbelly of Anthology Film Archives. Exploding notions of archival selectivity, AFA’s Andrew Lampert will present a selective look at some of the more dubious residents of their lower Manhattan film vault. Come expecting anything, from performance art outtake reels and context-less camera rolls to botched TV commercials, film school suicide, amateur pornography and deeply sublime “art.”
