Understanding Mental Illness I: Anxiety Disorders February 17, 2012

The nature of mental illness can be mystifying to many people and crippling for sufferers. In this case study - based course, a practising psychologist will overview the world of abnormal psychology, looking in particular at anxiety disorders so that stereotypes can be challenged and causes and cures examined. The course will utilise a number of the Universitys training DVDs and there will be time for class discussion. Come along and get another perspective on this clinical disorder and mental illness.
