Understanding Financials to Project Sales Success August 11, 2010

This course is designed to help business owners know how to use their company’s financial statements in an effective manner so as to manage their sales strategies more efficiently. Students will learn about financial ratio analysis, financial problem and solution identification, break-even analysis, short and long term financial planning and how to value their business.
