A one-day event in collaboration with Provena Saint Joseph Hospital, the Ecker Center for Mental Health and the Community Crisis Center. Free and open to the public, no registration is required. Depression screenings are available all day and consist of a 15-minute questionnaire followed by a review of the results with trained mental health professionals. Information sessions include Depression: What it is and what to do about it, at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Trauma and Depression--how are they related? at 11 a.m., The Bipolar Challenge at noon, Alternatives to Depression: Tools to Lift Your Spirit at 1 p.m., Massage Therapy as a Tool for Dealing with Depression at 3 p.m., and Reports from the Front at 7 p.m.
