Anger, irritation, frustration, and aversion are powerful emotions that can destroy our relationships, happiness, and peace of mind. Often we find that small things can build up to big explosions or that we release our anger against the people we care about the most.
During this workshop we will utilize mindfulness practices to seek out the root of these emotions. We will work to know and accept these aspects of our lives and learn how to express these emotions skillfully.
